The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) is taking its leadership on the road in 2026 with the launch of its first-ever Step Up Tour. This is a nationwide initiative designed to meet members where they work, elevate their stories, and spotlight the professionals shaping the future of the flooring industry.
The WFCA Step Up Tour is a nationwide initiative bringing WFCA leadership directly into flooring businesses across North America to spotlight the people, practices, and leadership shaping the future of the industry.
In 2026, the World Floor Covering Association will take its leadership on the road — meeting members where they work and highlighting the companies investing in their teams, strengthening professionalism, and raising the bar for the flooring industry.
Introduced at tise in 2026, the Step Up Tour reflects WFCA’s long-standing belief that leadership begins with presence — investing in people, strengthening operations, and protecting the legacy that defines the flooring industry.
