Four-Month, Self-Paced Educational Journey: A structured yet flexible learning experience designed to accommodate the busy schedules of professionals, promoting deep learning and significant personal growth. Though this content is self-paced, the four-month time frame is designed to optimize the experience and maximize the benefit of the follow-up and coaching portions. Even though this course only runs over four months, you will have continued access to the content for a full year.

Engaging Curriculum with Personal Coaching: Over 50 carefully curated modules, enhanced by weekly text interactions and monthly personal coaching sessions via Zoom, facilitate a hands-on learning environment under the guidance of experienced leaders. Each of the video modules and daily application will require approximately 10 minutes of time. This program is designed to complement a busy schedule.

Expert-Led Curriculum: Learn from the profound insights and experiences of Randy Gravitt and Mark Miller, contributors to and authors of over a dozen leadership books. Their backgrounds guarantee a rich, impactful learning experience.

Leadership Certification: While certification is not necessary, participants have the opportunity to earn a comprehensive professional leadership leadership certification, symbolizing their commitment and achievement in leadership excellence. Certification requirements involve commenting on your takeaways for each of the video segments as you move through the program. Please inquire about complete requirements at the beginning of the program if you wish to achieve certification.
