Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) Announces Upcoming Events Focused on Connection, Growth and Leadership
Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) continues its mission to attract, educate and empower women across the flooring industry with a lineup of upcoming events designed to foster connection, professional growth and meaningful conversation.

The upcoming schedule includes:
- April 22 at 9:15 a.m. ET – Confidence in Action: Owning Your Superpower at the NWFA Expo in Orlando
- April 23 at 12:00 p.m. ET – WIFI Book Club: Think Again by Adam Grant (Virtual)
- May 7 at 12:00 p.m. ET – WIFI Connection Hour: From Burnout to Boundaries (Virtual)
On April 22, WIFI will host Confidence in Action: Owning Your Superpower at the NWFA Expo. This interactive session features both panel and tabletop discussions focused on helping participants identify their strengths and apply them effectively in the workplace. Panelists include Julie Russell, Gemini Industries; Ashley Do Carmo, Brown Oaks Flooring; and Brenda Cashion, UCX. The session will be moderated by Renee Tester Littleton, Marketing Director, Kährs Americas, who is also a WIFI board member and NWFA Education and Research Foundation board member. On April 23, WIFI’s Book Club continues with a discussion of Think Again by Adam Grant. This virtual club offers space for women across the industry to challenge assumptions, embrace curiosity and explore new ways of thinking. Additional meeting dates are: May 14, June 4 and 25. Hosted by two WIFI board members: Whitney LeGate, SVP, commercial product at Mannington, and Renee Tester Littleton, the session encourages open dialogue and shared learning. On May 7, join WIFI for their monthly Power Hour, “Connection Hour: From Burnout to Boundaries”. This interactive virtual session will feature small group discussions designed to create space for honest conversation, shared experiences and practical takeaways.
