The Alan Greenberg Memorial Golf & Pickleball Tournament, hosted by CCA Global Partners on Sept. 16 at Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, Georgia, raised $142,000 to support the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF) and flooring families in need. The support comes at an important time, as FCIF’s entire 2026 grant budget was awarded by the end of August. The annual event brought members of the flooring industry together for a day of golf, pickleball and giving, with proceeds benefiting FCIF’s mission to provide financial assistance to flooring families facing catastrophic illnesses, severe injuries and disabilities. FCIF extends its gratitude to CCA Global Partners for hosting the event and to Eric Bernstein, Charlie Dilks, Paula Holt, Joy Pukala and the entire team of CCA Global Partners volunteers who gave their time and energy to make the tournament a success.

During its board meeting at Barnsley Resort ahead of the tournament, the FCIF Board of Directors reviewed the foundation’s year-to-date performance and the continued increase in demand for financial assistance. With the 2026 grant budget fully awarded by the end of August, the board affirmed its commitment to continue funding the immediate needs of qualified flooring families through reserve funds.

FCIF grants help families with essential expenses including housing, utilities, food, transportation and medical needs. Continued support from the flooring industry will help FCIF meet the growing need and continue providing assistance to families facing life-changing circumstances.

The tournament’s awards dinner recognized this year’s top competitors. The first-place golf team included Jamie Kim, Bart Hill and Jeff Meadows of Mohawk Industries and Charlie Dilks of CCA Global Partners. Second place went to Erik Kempf and Carl Olson of Leggett & Platt Flooring and Mike Nance and Nash Nance of Nance Floors. The third-place team included Steve Sieracki of CCA Global Partners; Trey Thames, Will Young of Engineered Floors; and Julius Shaw. Lorenzo Guerrero of Shaw Industries was named the pickleball champion.

Those who were unable to attend the tournament can still support FCIF’s mission and help provide critical assistance to flooring families when they need it most. Make a gift today at https://www.fcif.org/give-floor-covering-industry-foundation.
