WFCA Launches GROW Live Series with Michelle Nix
The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) announces a three-part GROW live virtual series with Michelle Nix, Director of Education, designed to boost industry professionals’ leadership and business performance by exploring behavioral dynamics.
The First of the Series Takes Place on April 10th at 2pm EST
Titled “Capitalize on the Power of Your Peers,” the live series will take place on April 10, May 21, and June 18 at 2:00 p.m. EST, and centers on applying DiSC behavioral insights to improve communication, teamwork, and sales effectiveness.
The series starts April 10 with “Welcome to DiSC: A Better Understanding of Behavior,” where participants complete a personalized assessment to identify their communication and work style. The second session, “How to Use DiSC to Build a High-Performing Team,” runs May 21 and focuses on using behavioral insights to unlock team strengths and improve collaboration. The final session, “How to Use DiSC to Make the Sale,” on June 18, provides practical ways to recognize customer buying styles, adapt communication, and close more sales.
Each session can be attended independently, but attending all of them provides the greatest benefit. The program is for retailers, sales professionals, managers, and business owners and offers tools to improve communication, strengthen teams, and boost sales.
